Character Bio: This Martha is about a third of the way through the Year that Never Was, when she was pulled out on accident by the Meta Crisis Doctor and Rose (we have a plot worked out). She’s more closed off than before, more bitter and haunted because she hasn’t had time to heal, but also bolder. She also is pretty much over the Doctor by this point, and is actually a little bitter with him for sending her out alone, but she still really cares about him. She doesn’t know anything about the supernatural yet.
Writing Sample: Martha ducked and sprinted into the alleyway, ducking behind the nearest dumpster. She had messed up, coughed at the worse possible moment, and now three spheres were after her. They had killed the man who was helping her, giving her just enough time to run. She controlled her breath, stayed perfectly still in the shadows, desperately trying to be unnoticed again. The Toclafane passed and she relaxed, reflected on what had just happened. Tanner was a good man, and she had gotten him killed. She was getting everyone killed these days.

Character Bio: Before the Doctor banished him and Rose, the two we given a TARDIS coral (like in the deleted scene). During the three years it took to grow, John worked with Torchwood as a researcher. He tried to make things work with Rose, but it was awkward at best. When the TARDIS was finally fully grown, he decided to not tell Rose and leave on his own, finding a weak spot in the wall between the universes and pushing his way through (…and severely damaging his ship in the process.)
Writing Sample: John scowled and leaned back in his computer chair. He had only been at Torchwood for a few days, and all he had seen so far was reams of needlessly detailed paperwork. He reached forward and pushed a few of the inventory sheets into a pile at the corner of his desk. They could wait a little longer, he desperately needed some fresh air.
He picked up his jacket and stretched his arms out wide. It wouldn’t hurt to look at the inventory himself, right? A grin danced over his lips, and he went straight for the door. He wouldn’t take any of it, of course, playing with alien tech was enough of a joy.

We’re looking for tons of new players, (you can see a partial list here, but anyone not on the masterlist is up for grabs). The rp is filled with great people who play great characters.
Our timeline is AU from mid-season 6 of SPN right after Sam was re-ensouled. Characters from later in the show are welcomed, but you must write a bio that introduces them in a way that follows our timeline. Character Bio: Shortly after returning to our universe (thanks to a spike in the Rift), Rose Tyler was thrown into the world of the Supernatural and discovered an interesting piece of information: she’s a potential vessel.
Writing Sample: Rose considers the new information carefully. Her? A vessel for an angel? She’s only just come to terms with the concept of angels and demons existing… She closes her eyes, thinking over what it means for her. If she’s careful, nothing will really change. If she’s not… She’s heard of some people being pressured into agreeing to become a vessel. And with all that time travel knowledge rattling around inside her head, she’s sure accepting an angel is bad idea. Really, where is the Doctor when you need him?

Character Bio: Mary Winchester’s father. He died in 1973 when Azazel killed him and his wife. He was brought back by Crowley while Sam was soulless to collect alphas. He was told the reward would be Mary alive. Since the events of Caged Heat, he’s been keeping his distance from the boys.
Writing Sample: It didn’t seem like the best plan to hang around his grandkids anymore. Dean had threatened to kill him and he might not see eye to eye with the kid, but Dean had enough of a rep and he’d seen him in action. He wasn’t taken any chances. Of course, that all changed when he heard a rumor that some acquaintances had heard John Winchester was alive. John Winchester and his wife.
Any other comments: I know the setting says mid-season 6, so as long as it’s okay with everyone I’m treating Samuel as if he just slunk off after Caged Heat rather than being killed.
